A chat with a Grasshopper... I divided class in to Four groups. They listened Model reading of my voice with the help of mobile voice recorder. That was connected to the speaker .sound was audible. Later on they followed model reading by chunk sentence. really I surprised about students performance...I came to know conclusion about students talent. 'Students are not useless They were used less'

Motivation and inspiration can be done through values, morals etc. But the percentage of its result is less. Wherein involving students into different activities leads to development of self confidence, self evaluation and self motivation and it results good.
