Being  physically alone get attention of so many  in our society.....but living with a lot of people n mentally feeling lonely...no one can  give attention......

BE THE BEST..........

   The modern world is growing very fast.  Its only because of the human greediness, selfishness, desires etc., And that's how humans are the only reason for the growth of the society.  People in this world are running behind the things which are possibly be for shorter period of time.

     Be a good hand in changing the society.  Society can be modified with the school.  Let's recall ourselves in the school environment this vacation and try to introspect. Did I teach well? Did I reach the heart of each student in my school? Did I fill sufficient positivity in students? Did I try involving my students in every activity? Did I divert students mind from marks to knowledge? Did I develop confidence of each child? Did I give first hand experience to each student? Likewise, if I ask you these questions , probably you would say 'yes' to all the questions. But it would be different if you answer in percentages. Thus we  need to change our perspective towards the change. The average teacher may succeed in saying 90%, this percentage is not going to help our society. Ask yourself the above said questions and some more of your own and if the answer is 100% then you are the most successful teacher in the teachers fraternity.

      As I know the modern world is more competitive but some of us don't know that most of us in the competitive world are averaged.  For instance, out of 100 candidates applying for any job attend an exam, and 80 to 90 candidates secure average score. Only remaining 10 candidates achieve success and get job, it is because of their above average effort. We all are successful to some extent but still long way to go.  The next generation needs us. Though every year I introspect myself with some questions and try to change myself to fill those gaps. Please share your ideas with comments or posting in this blog.

This morning i was standing in front of my home n  my neighbour asked in concern why you're here,i replied key is with my sis n she is on d way now so am waiting,then she invited me to sit in their home,usually i didnt prefer to go neighbours home unnecesarily,but it was very hot n i think its its better to sit in their home,initially she started conversation on my personal matter onwards it takes u turn on another lady neighbour,on dressing style,n reserved mentality like this n like that bla..bla..
        I get cnfused that what i,,'ve to reply,coz i' m always keep my mind in my stuff not in others so..i just simply smiled on her informtn,so she defined me also that u r not available to speak n u always busy inside,....oh gosh...i just realized she must speak about me with others,so i just enacted that i get phone call n came out.....so i failued to convince that do some useful stuffs rather than that dont just discuss what others are doing,......it ll make us feel guilt at the end of life...what i did iny whole life....?!...i just chatted gossips....but she didnt get convinced,,,i confirmed its not my cup of tea.....

Today morning i opend d door with fear n axiety coz yesterday nit my darling went outside n didnt return i searched bt  i didnt found him,it was too late n i got fear to walk out side,my darlin n me were best frnds n wenvr i felt bad he come n diverted my mood by doin suthng mischvs things,he was d only soulmate dt ive ever shared all d secrets of my heart...he never objected to me,he was very  fond of food but these three days  he never took a tea spoon food n yestrday nit i was feed him forcebly so got angry n went out side i dont know wethr he was ill or sumthng he was upset,bt this mrng he sat on d gate n felt hppy to see him n cld darlin u cm back he turned his eyes on me n sat on d floor n i fed him sum milk n hot water  dt he was too week,n i feed him sum water n at dt time he lokd at me n brthd slowly i rushd inside n took my phn to cl d doctor n i loudly cld my neighbr,they arvd near d darlng n wn d doc  pickd d phn neighbr murmurd no use to cl d doc,n my fngr just ct d cl n my eyes were on d darlng,he just stopd d brthng n wn i rushd towards him i cryd n i just cld his name drlng im  not dare to live without u so plz take breath n i loves u,at dt time darlg just moved his ears nlike i listn all ur words,bt it was his last cnversation,i burried his body in soil bt i cant burry his memoris he is my love ever,he is my only darlng ever,my eyes r wet...darlng u made me badly  alone.....every one says time will heal my pain,bt i wanna live with this pain,,..,,take rebith n meet me im waiting for u until my last breth....

We are teachers...  We need to prepare kids for life... Not only for marks.... But...... Does this system help us?  Oh!!!! god please give the strength to make good changes... 🙏🏻our goal should be to create the society of leaders, creators, well-mannered citizens not just employees.

Weekend....morning...

Most of philosophers says enjoy d lonelyness..coz its univesal truth we are alone in birth n death, but in between our feelings,emotions,mind,n heart these all made us feel that someone is with us till life end, although in mob,at party suddenly our mind reminded me that nobody is with me n i feel distubed n i lost interest to mingle.i shared to my freinds  n asked is it happens with them also. they said it happen when a person scolds  neglects,who is very near to heart then they feels like ...n suggests me to not read such type of articles....oh gosh...i realized it is totally personal emotion...n  started reading more on lonelyness..i  have found good complement on this.....we found ourselves  being alone...we speaks ourselves,we listens,what our mind  n heart says,...even swami vivekanand says,speak everyday once with your soul unless u miss a best freind in the world,....so am enjoying lonelyness once in a week.n its wonderful,amazing..thank u philosopher.....try to be alone...it need guts...but once u get it nobody stops ur freindship with ur mind n soul.......shislove....

I m feeling sumthng dfrnc in my tchng,not only myself but  pupils also found the changes.  pupils observed the style of tchng is unique,and they opinioned its very easier  to comprehend.ex ...grammer concepts i used old method like at first concept n exampls ..bt nw im teaching through  actvts, viz ...for class v,  I introduced noun,pronoun,verbs through activity,pupils only conclude the definition at last ,i felt oh god...they get it very easily n effectively,,onwards i asked ccq's yeah.......i got max response...really i would love to  thank eletp ....thank u  so much....shislv007@gmail.com

Everymoment of our life is very worthful,everymoment wont come back,so however it was,or it is,just face it.do ur job as possible as good,n live like next second u' re taking last breath.so my ajenda of life is just celebrate every second,enjoy small small incidents also because one day if u look back then those all silly incidents  will give u great smile on ur face,life is very precious live it,love it,n celebrate it. I will take c.l. On next strike ,because today's incident gave that much experience ...toady there was a strike ...usuaaly I go to c.b.t. But as our Dharwad taluk schools and colleges are not declared holoday, I asked my hubby to drop me at Murughamath stop to catch tata magic .....he did so...There was one vehicle which will go to Karadigudda ..hence we 3 teachers ..me mrs.Banappanavar,mrs.Tegur teacher got inside that and requested hi a driver to drop us at Pudakalakatti... He never answered to our request ...but when Karadigudda came he thought a while ...we again requested him to drop us our village ...He dropped us I gave him...rs.100 and gave change of rs.10 ...daily bus charge is rs. 20.....we did our duty as usual ...but problem aroused at evening ....as there no any vehicle to Dharwad ....we searched and got one mini tata magic ....he never wanted to take us to Dharwad ....we agai 3 teachers got inside a vehicle and sat ...waited for him at least 20 minutes ...and then a driver came and told us that he will bring other passengers who booked him earlier to go to Dharwad ....then we came outside of that vehicle and saw another vehicle which was loaded with the utensils to sell in a village ...again we requested that vehicle fellow to drop us at Karadigudda ...he replied that you will get late as we are continuing our selling ....we felt helpless...our school neighbor has vehicle ...we thought he will definitely drop us ...hence I called him and asked to drop us..As he was at Morab for some other work refused..insisted that will ask for his father to drop us...Then again we called his father who was a ex service man and kind person ....agreed immediately ....came to drop us...(mini tata magic vehicle is there ) as soon as we reached to Karadigudda ..there also we didn't get any vehicle ....then proceed on the way to get vehicle ..saw one vehicle is going on the way ...followed till Timmapur..blowed so many horn ...then we got that vehicle ...we thanked that driver fellow ....while he returning to Pudakalakatti..wanted to take turn ..while taking turn from left side one of a biker came speedily..and go to an accident ...We watched all this from our vehicle ...felt sorry for that elderly fellow ...thanked God for not getting any injury to both sides .. We all three discussed about that accident and felt shame. This could not be happened to that person who helped us....then we thought we will call him and talk ...he called us and told not to worry ...its his mestake who overtook me from wrong way...nothing happened to me...we relaxed alnd thanked God once again.. We desided that we will meet in his home and ask for excuse ...us...this my experience ...what about others who met some other troubles ..God knows ...

Argumentative Essays / Opinion Essays

Argumentative essays and opinion essays ask the student to take a side on a particular issue and argue or give their opinion of the merits of that particular side. A student might argue their perspective on corporal punishment or explain what they believe happened at a certain event. This style of essay allows greater freedom to interpret facts, statistics, and major sources. However, the writer must be certain that they defend their interpretation forcefully and effectively.

Argumentative or opinion essays are often organized in the following way. They begin with a statement of assertion or opinion, its timeliness, significance, and relevance in relation to some topic. They review critically other authors work about that topic. They illustrate how their assertion or opinion is better (simpler or more explanatory) than the opposing opinion, They use reasons and examples to demonstrate their point of view.

In my opinion, there is really not much difference between argumentative and opinion essays.

Point
Your first sentence must state your point. It introduces the topic you’re about to discuss and tells the reader what the paragraph is going to be about. This is sometimes called a topic sentence.

Evidence
Support your point with evidence and examples. In the next one or two sentences, give evidence to expand upon and support the point you made. Evidence can include facts, statistics, research findings, quotes from a credible authority or a primary text.
 
Explanation
This is where you show your understanding by explaining in more detail how and why your evidence supports your point. Your explanation should interpret the evidence for the reader.
 
Link
The last sentence should reinforce your original point or link your writing to the next paragraph. The link sentence can provide a transition to the next topic or paragraph.

I can't believe this boy...His name is Nandish. Poojer.Our school S.D.M.C.president's son...He enjoys my english classes and activities too ..even if I show him how to do the mathematical sums according to the formula he does as a normal boy can do...But he is an abnormal boy...He can't listen and speak ... He does every work given to the class..in every subject ...I really appreciate his anthuciasm,spirit ,interest ,curiosity ,energy and silence ....Always he want convey his thoughts by doing gestures,body language ,miming and murmuring ...God bless him..

Is watching television waste of time ?

Is watching T.V.waste of time In my opinion it's not ...because it gives a lot of knowledge regarding english language ..by watching news,sports ,movies ,geography ,history etc give us many informations. Nowadays we have so many innovative programs like Koun banega Crorapati,Big Boss etc will give us strength of how to overcome by many troubles and problems ...They help us to increase our self confidence .. We can participate in the competitions likeThut anta heli, Saregamapa,these gives not only so many books but also the information about an authors and how to improve our kannada language .. There were so many religious channels too..which help us to how should we pray God and why should we pray ,what are the right procedures of doing prayer and a proper manner of reciting holy books ..also came to know how our elderly people lived their lives and how we are living now... HAPPIEST DAYS OF MY LIFE

                           






                             "Happiness and Sorrow" these are two faces of a coin. Because, every person face

            many troubles, problems in their life. "After long darkness their is light"  So God shows  

            both faces of coin in our life we get many happy moments.

         
             

                          
Happiest day of my life is when I got my job and when I Married to my dream boy. For getting job I have worked very hard. Sometimes, I woke up in the  morning 4 O' clock for completing my work. And prepared myself well for CET exams to give the best of the best. And finally my hard work paid off , I passed my CET and succeed to get  teacher job. So this made me very happy.

 And another Happiest day of my life is my marriage, because I had some expectation for my would be in my mind and I think God fulfilled all my expectation by giving me such a Loving, Caring, Sharing, Helping Husband.

           

                              So these are the two Happiest days of my life.

Inspiration

Man is social animal. He can't live alone, he is surrounded by people. People have feelings, emotions, thoughts, when these will be known to others? Unless and until we inspired by ourselves we can't inspire others. We don't when our life turn.....

It's my thought for the day

Who is your good /best teacher??? You may list many names... Even I did same first. But I just thought again, my second thought said that... "Is anybody really can change us??" "Or just influence us?" I answered myself, "Yes... No one can change me! But myself !!" Final answer of mine was "YOU ARE ONLY YOUR FINAL MENTOR''. Others may try to change us, influence, or may inspire us but always the choice is left to us.

Only our voice touches us more. Even if we speak slowly, our ears can hear.... Even deaf can hear his inner voice clearly... But we must list to it calmly . We can't pretend with us... "So... I repeat We Are only can become our best mentor "
Only thing is we must accept our mistakes first..... Then all changes
Are ours. Infact all good changes.

So I said myself... Think twice  but but your choice should  be wise because then only we respect ourselves.

Designing Activities

Activities and games should be new in everyday class. To ensure good result we need to be very creative and innovative. A teacher is suppose to do different activities for the same lesson. The same presentation may limit your professional growth and can also effect the quality education.  Hence it is teachers duty to frame or design new activity by understanding the level of the student. 
    We hope you all are entering the class with different activities and games. Today we want you to post your one of your activities conducted in the class.
   Activity should include objectives, procedure, materials required, expected outcome and conclusion.

Nothing Or something???? Puzzle universe

It was my serious question to all my  science teachers..I had thought of it when I was at 7th ( as I was very much interested in science I used to ask many questions to my teachers one of those was I discussed here. ) that is" if there is nothing.. What will be the something in the universe???  What exactly nothingness is? But I didn't satisfy with all the replies. So after  many years  I again thought of it and searched.... I got these ideas... From Google

Imagine nothing. Go ahead. What do you see? I picture dark empty space
Nothing is nonsensical. It is impossible to conceptualize nothing— not only no space, time, matter, energy, light, darkness or conscious beings to perceive the nothingness but not even nothingness. In this sense, the question is literally inconceivable.
Nothing is something. It is a logical fallacy to talk about “nothing” as if it were a “something” that ceases to exist. Here we bump up against the problem of defining what we mean by “nothing” and the restrictions that language imposes on the problem. The very act of talking about “nothing” makes it a “something.” Otherwise, what are we talking about?
“nothing” is the natural state of things out of which “something” needs an explanation. Maybe “something” is the natural state of things, and “nothing” would be the mystery to be solved. 
This isn't exactly a question more of an answer than anything, but nothing is in fact something, because nothing exists even as an idea of something that is missing, or void as an not there; But even if it is only an idea, it exists, and because there was nothing before there was what we call "something" there was in ...
“Empty Space” does not mean “nothing”, because you have “space” that is empty, which itself is something.
Still I feel... “Beyond the universe” is not an answerable question.

Today's class

TI conducted an activity for 6th std students that is dailogue conversation among the students...
A chat  with a Grasshopper... I divided class in to  Four groups. They listened Model reading of my voice with the help of mobile voice recorder. That was connected to the speaker .sound was audible. Later on they followed model reading by chunk sentence. really I surprised about  students performance...I came to know conclusion about students talent. 'Students  are not useless They were used less'

The each day of ELETP was rich with the fullness of heart conveying grammar, reading, speaking, writing, phonetics, philosophical teachings as well as spiritual wisdom, in simplest terms along with tasks. The language, expressions, activities and teachings are simple but the content and theme are sublime. This training will certainly prove to be of great benefit to all of us, it is thought and creative provoking. All the RPs have deep interest, keen insight and clear presentation fortell the success of this 30 days' programme. Story for the day... 'SUDDEN CHANGE'

There was a person neurotic by temperament, always tense, anxious, irritated, depressed and selfish, every one of his friends and relatives insisted that he must change. The man himself made earnest attempts to change for the better, but nothing happened. He remained the same. The more they insisted, the more he felt  powerless and trapped.

One day one of his closest friends said, "Don't change. Don't change. Don't change... I love you as you are."
He relaxed. Felt comfortable. There was no more the compulsion to change. And so he had changed without being aware of it.

Sentences  start with a capital  letter,
So as to make your sentence better
Use a full stop to mark the end.
It closes every  sentence penned.
The comma is short pauses and breaks,
And also for lists the writer makes.
Dashes_like these _ are for thoughts  by the way.
They give extra information (so do brackets, we may say)
These two dots are a colon : colon pause to compare.
They  also  do this:list, explain and prepare.
The semicolon makes a break ;it's followed  by a clause.
It does the work of words that link;it's also  a short  pause.
An apostrophe shows the owner  of anyone's  things,
And it's also useful for shortening.

To show strong feelings use an exclamation mark!
A question mark follows What?  When? Where? Why? and How?
Do you? Can I?  Shall  we? Give as your answer now!

             Hello teachers, my eyes filled with tears...I am leaving this training center..I lost my father,and my mother-in-law during this training period. Which was not in my hand. What was in my hand is to gain the knowledge of teaching and learning process related to my class room. I thank to Miss Meher Afroza, Mr. Siddu , Mr.Gangadhar,  Mr. Shekhar and All my colleagues, who co-operated , supported, inspired , over all made me to laugh at those sensitive periods ...I am sorry if I irritated you anybody ... My opinion

            Hello Teachers... This is Deepa Javali. I would like to write about this 30 days training programme. When I got to know about this 30 days training I was very happy but I didn't know about this training and I thought how it will be... What we learn... I came to ELETP with less expectations. But first day only I decided to stay in the centre (even though my home is near to centre) to get chance to learn more. We learnt a lot, enjoyed a lot and I thought am I in college again? Thank you ELETP for giving an opportunity to learn and enjoy as students. Children can learn without fear of mistakes.. Likewise, we tried to learn here without fear of mistakes.. And all trainees  respected others opinion, knowledge, different ways of thinking... Thank you all teachers..
Before I was not good at writing but now I have that confidence to write better. We are all teachers of English language.. So lucky to get this training we got English environment here, We learnt a lot and we are inspired. We got supportive wings to fly over English world. THANK YOU ELETP.

The Implementation of ELETP Training

         The implementation of all activities which are in ELETP training module is not an easy task in rural areas, but I am trying my level best.  I think the outcome is also better than past. I am trying some easy activities to my students .They are participating very actively. I am also conducting digital classes. After the training myself and my students are very comfortable than before in teaching learning process.  I am very thankful to dear madam and all RPs  for changing my views and strategies .

The School Without Teacher.

             The school without teacher is a temple without god. Yes the guru or the teacher resembles the god, who shows the right path to us.  We can't imagine the school without teacher e-learning can't fulfill the need of love, care and affection to grow in a positive manner to be a humble human being.  I think to be an idealistic nation we need the teacher who feels the feelings of disciples like Chanakya, Aristotle ,Buddha, Krishna, Vivekananda, Paramahansa and cultivate the values among them to become a good citizen, who have respect and love for his/her mother and also for the motherland.

Man is a social animal. He/She always depends upon a society to build his/ her career.School a part of the society, helps him/her to develop as a human beings.Teacher a very very important person in school, acts as a facilitator to become a good citizen of the society.The school without teacher, can not work.He is an agent between school and pupils.Without the guidance of teacher students can't reach their goal.                                                           

 In broad meaning, the whole world is a school and situations are teacher.Man in his every moment of  life,learns  by the situations. So we could not imagine school without teacher.To get anything in our life  we have to salute the teachers.

The School Without Teacher

I am not able to imagine such kind of situation.That is the coma state of which school has without teacher .I think this is like the Earth without the sun. That is like a home without mother. E- learning concept took place in higher studies only, but it may be not possible for beginners.
Students makes a lot of mistake and they behave so bad in the presence of teachers. Then how to imagine the school without teacher.

The Last Day Of ELETP

             I think it was unforgettable moment. Each and everyone departed with heavy heart which was filled with the pain of scattering.All 28 days we were eager to go home, but the last two days didn't want to depart from the training center.What ever it may be I got friendship with lot of knowledge people.I learned lot of things to improve myself and my students also.

The Last Day

            The Last Day, the importance of every day is understood only with the last day. People come across different scenarios wherein they spend most of their time as natural as they are.  As we had been studying in school, college  and working in different profession experienced the last day with heavy heart. Every single moment of intelligence, humour, friendship, love, affection, kindness, generousness, simplicity, anger, foolishness, selflessness, jealousy, joy, sorrow, boredom, creativity, etc., are deeply connected to the last day. We could recall our last day of the school we studied, last day of the college graduated, last day of the profession, the last day we spent with our beloveds. Definitely, those last days make us smile and fill our eyes. These last days mark a  permanent milestone in our life, and leads us to better life with joy and happiness.
